Discover Himmelstorm's Journey

We are a Norwegian melodic metal band, blending 80s rock and synth influences with cinematic elements to create our sound. Himmelstorm started as an instrumental one-man band formed by Vemund Osland in the early 2010s. In 2017 Gøran Af Geijerstam joined and became the voice of Himmelstorm.

By 2024 the band recruited Vegard Osland on rhythm guitar, Anders Owreen on bass and Memet Cataltepe on drums. The music style of Himmelstorm has influences from cinematic music and bands like Metallica, In Flames, Dream Theater, Pantera and Fear Factory. We are now working on more material and a live performance in the future to come!
